Powerkilling [Solved]

ok i have a problem i am a Mod and when i see players making all these turrets around the super armor area and not letting other people have the super armor makes me want to remove their buildings so that other people get a chance to get the super armor as well but i am not sure if i am supposed to do that.
guide me so i can moderate better with rules.

It's forbidden to remove players building when it does not affect to rule violating. I don't know why i didn't noted this post before.
