Second Amendment (About new laser and how it work)

As we know, Rodion tried to do something with the laser, bun almost everyone disagree with low-damage version.

So there is another way: laser would cause 50 damage directly to HP, ignoring amount of defence. It means that it would kill you in 2 hits in any armor or without it.
