Map Rules Amendment [27.12.13]

Considering the fact that server have a lot of maps, which being just edition of original (in major - not really nice edtion), we have to add new rule: Do not upload edited versions of existing !minecraft! maps. Even with author permission. Be original and creative, make maps by your own.
