MaD*Q <<UnderBlue Spawnkilling [Noted]

Again, just caught MaD*Q <<UnderBlue spawnkilling again. Heres a screen to show you guys proof. Also, he's killing people with scout in the spawn, and if you notice, you can tell that hes spawnkilling because of the kills that he got.

If you had read the console, you can tell that it is mostly flooded because of his spawnkilling kills.

If you buy a scout, (Right click your mouse 2 times), then try to shoot someone, you obviously can easily kill them.

In this map you can kill someone with scout and awp i think,also m3 if you are close.
