Apply for MOD2 [accept]

I see a few problems on the servers :\
and i know the reason ..
there are many MODs on the server and not all play much  
i see always Random , Drowner_dude , oxxxymiron , Drakon , Akkini , Dragonn
okay , where the others ? ! :sleep: 
i see many hackers on the server but i kick them and they join again :!: 
what should i do ?
Give me a solution :idea:

Wolverine is absolutely right, lots of abusers cannot be punished more then just by kick.

Skilled and active player. Certainly deserved to be promoted to mod2.

Mod2 is really needed, cause there are many hackers.

i encountered this once. 
He is like a normal player. but when i slowed him -100, he can still walk.
good thing i can detect hackers.
