Admin Comment This is a weird warningbox.

New Feature: Tag users

Just Type "@" and a pop-up message will show

"Do you want to tag a user?"
then
"Enter a user name"
then
"Do you want to notify the user via PM?"


It doesn't show sometimes and also it just works in quick reply.

Removed the freaking "tag users" script cause of "request limit exceeded" messages due to buttload of AJAX requests.
