As I originally stated, strikes will be reset every month or so. I did it at the end of January. It is the 3rd of February, I resigned 2 days ago, leaving a single day to gather strikes. It just happened to be the 1st of February, a day before my birthday. That meant I wasn't really around.
Or in other words, currently there are no strikes (at least according to my track-keeping).
