He attended me and said "you spawnkilled me 3 times , the next one i ban u" (it was Tele-kill,and it's allowed.)
Also , he slowed me down -100 to kill me , without any reason.. "i didn't use any speed-hack" -_-

I made the experience that saying things like "stop haxing or me ban you!!1", or any (other) kind of threat, does not work. 
Most 'evil people' will just start with "you tarzan language!!1" (<-just ban them right away), "me iz better than you, abuser is remove!1 me no hack! fack yuoself mother" (which will either end up in a flame war or in more rule violations); the rest (e.g. me) will just ignore you and not give a shit about show-offs.
And in the end they will notice that you probably can't ban them anyway, so you'll look like an idiot.


The easiest and most effective way to deal with these 'evil people' is: 
- always stay friendly
- don't argue
- just do your job
