1. Someone have your IP ( change your ip )
2. There has been made an crash and you are still connect but you are not ( You have to quit the game and enter him again)

Yeah, that problem is only in his CS2D itself.
Wait a couple of seconds then you'll connect to the server again.
(closing and opening cs2d doesn't work, but tricky fox' suggestion might work.
