Problems with hackers

Recently, i posted this topic about banning some IP diapason.

Names used are: 
       Ayrton
       Ayrton2D
       <-<LOL>->
       GamerxD

We can ban these Names but, changing names is just so easy.

Uhm, talking about IP diapasons, if we count those, it would be 3 million in total. There would be innocent players banned, but most of the IP Addresses are being used by Hackers.

As i type here, those hackers are still invading the server, banning them is useless, they can still come back in the server in less than 30 seconds.

And also, other hackers use VPN to easily change their IP Address.

Just for example:
I banned a player for a reason of speedhacking
Then this player came back with a different IP.


The first digits are completely different, leaving no trace to those hackers, making themselves safe from punishments, they can't use their USGN, but they can ruin the server and force the players just to leave the server.

Actually, we do someting about those IP diapasons.
But VPN? It'll be a Problem to the whole server

I'm tired of banning those kind of players.
