I was sure that you're already VIP. Well, you're accepted. But note that VIPs couldn't help to others, they have no any power (if i got it right what you mean)
Difference between VIP and User:
1) You can't be banned\muted\slowdowned
2) You can wear the hats.
3) You can use tag\color.
4) You can't be votekicked (not sure about that)
Seems like i forgot something, but that is the main stuff.
You will be VIP when i meet you on the server or when owner read this post.
