It is allowed, you can kill on the teleport zone or shop EVEN THE PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARMOR.

In some maps players after spawn going to teleport area usually , ones of them got killed no longer after spawn 10 sec.

It's their fault cause they can go to the other way, if they are being killed let them blame themselves.
