He flooding and used some codes to clear chat . (seems hack)

That chat clearing thing is no hack. Nevertheless it is indeed annoying. Repetitively spamming it is in my eyes worth a ban (after warnings etc. ofc.).

I do not like chatting flooder I'm trying to clear them from the chat!

Cheating is not to offend people, I did it purely for myself (It was not aimbot walhack) And off trees, smoke, glare. He also gives you see where the player (really useful) speedhack and lighting when I'm aiming on rifles.

I use only the view where the player (I can not kill him and just look.)
