Reporting xrmp AGAIN

It gives me slowly I'm new to the server and the xrmp begins Spawnkill and speedhack enough for me to use it if they can not take the mod I did not get your server -. -

ahh yes xrmp night 12:10 clock begins speedhack and for base spawnkill i have him say pls xrmp no speedhack and he say me you noob i fucking you ....... and he report me free ^^

polat, dont say im speedhackin. you just say that now because i reported you -.-

I tired to say that - any report need screenshots or video (last one is great).

List of mods, who's blamed in abusing by many players: XRMP; Pokcai; Polat; DrownerDude. 
No one could give any evidence but everyone keep blaming. If i was removing MODs by those reports there were no any mod.
