I really hate spawnkillers

And i hate best that some of mods don't do their job...
And i'm speaking about Paprika he was online building barbed wire everywhere but , he couldn't see that everyone were spawnkilling...
I maded just one screen because everyone runned from spawn , so this is the only screen i could get it.
