4) just one thing i really hate hackers and spawnkillers infact even yet i dont have a MOD authority still i try to kill the spawnkillers sometimes i do succeed sometimes i dont, i am sure providing me this authority will help me do better moderation of the server, and yes i am already VIP.

I don't think so. I can't publicize his personal contacts like skype etc. Only thing more - it's USGN. It's written on his profile (64650). 
But frankly speaking - I think it's no use.
