Proof isn't obvious as it has to be. Anyway, it seems like spawnkill or blocking the exit.
Spawnkillers can't be punished via the forum so don't report them. Online mods will do it.

Drakon , then look again at screens.
Looks that player in the screen spawnkiller , because near spawn exit door dropped items. That problem is sometimes.
