Bl1ster spawnblocking

Again, another .gif report. Bl1ster is spawnblocking the whole ct's. He covered our base with wall III's, and he also builded in the ct base, which your not suppose to do.

and what? online moderators can remove spawn build / kick spawn killer! and for this only kick (not ban)
if vip or moderator broke rule then he removed
