Since I don't have a video of him speedhacking, I decided to create a .gif file by constantly pressing F5 in game, while trying to shoot the speedhacker. At the end, you can tell that he isnt at the normal speed, because hes using speedhack.

EDIT: Sorry for the .gif skipping some frames. While creating the .gif file, I didn't see that.
(Off Topic: And i wish their was a .gif option to load up .gif files from the internet)
