Do not block the spawn with buildings. == remove build
Do not spam and flood. == mute
Do not use bad words, flame, insult or provoke players. == mute too
Do not spawnkill. == kick
Do not votekick innocent players. == kick
Do not beg for VIP\MOD\ADM\Equipment. == this rule only for me  
Do not build turrets too close to the spawn. == remove build too
Do not advertise server. == mute or kick

Ok , now it will be easier with that rules .

One question rodion.
If vips are insulting or doing some of that things and we can't mute/remove build and some things.
Can we kick them because they are immune to mute and some things.?

Vips are known people,they cant run away unless they lose their vip.

One report scares them.
