Let's assume for a second that Mikasa really is Ingvar, even though that is not true.
If Mikasa really was spawnkilling and pretending to be Ingvar, then why would she let you know about it? Why would she deliberately get caught breaking the rules?
Why?

Do your best to answer that question.
