Never let those freaks to even open their mouths. Ban them, ban them without stop. Don't let them even speak, apologize, threat. Destroy them, humiliate them morally, insult their family, spawnkill them, use any mod ability to make them rage, laugh in their ugly faces and ban again. This is my favourite way. Or you can beg for mercy, whatever.

Just to provide some additional information:

There recently was a topic on unrealsoftware.de regarding a 'special' player who was asking others to destroy "bad server". Topic can be found here.
This 'special' player was banned from cs2d by DC  on 14.02.2014 - the day when the player (reported by CaptainSkipper09) registered, so it's very likely that they're the same person.
Since this 'special' player obviously crashes/destroys server only because he thinks they are bad, you can and should, as Tricky Fox already suggested, simply instantly ban him (or insult or whatever, I'd just stick to a simple instant-ban however).

I'm not quite sure why he's really trying to destroy the !MineCraft! server, but I would bet that he's just upset because nobody wants to play on his own shitty so-called-pro server. So, yeah... just ban such people right away if you ever get to see one of their ugly faces. 
(... and yes, each of them has two faces; the arse where the poop comes out and the arse where the food comes in)

Jen i dont think there need to be a reason... he just hacked it for fun , as most hackers do. Hacking is a hobby.And it can get to a real job
