Papa Insult

When i go on server Papa asked me am i mod
I said yes i'm,and he said how they give you and started killing me everywhere,then after i run in base here he said this.

Also papa is using nick player. and he say that he is not papa and he changed usgn with papa,
Is that allowed?

this is a small insult if a non VIP does it just mute him and if a VIP does it warn him that if he keeps on insulting he will be kicked for it and if he does not stop and keeps on constantly abusing other players and you just kick him but keep on collecting proof as if you need it later to prove that he really was abusing

Its report on him,because he gave his usgn to someone and someone have vip for nothing
That's not allowed,also that guy who is on his usgn use speedhack.
