Well, Joaquin is a good guy and I've never seen him break any rules, though he doesn't talk much either. If it were up to me I'd say he deserves to be VIP, but this has already been rejected so whatever.

If Joaquin will take VIP status , I'll work to punish him

Man , Joaquin is spawn killer . I kicked him 3 times on same map , but you can give him a chance to change .

Every thing you do, screen it
if someone is spawnkilling, screen then kick/ban
flooding, screen then mute/kick/ban
faking, screen then kick/ban
hackers, screen ip then ban

So we can say that "you hack spaaankil aimbott you no wip uhuhuh" with some proofs so that violators won't get VIP (unless they stopped violating rules for a long long time)
