4) I would like to be a mod because I think, even though many mods are doing good jobs punishing players that break the rules, there's still times when no mod is around to take care of them. And I would be glad to help good players get a chance for a fair play

Jen has moderating experience. Also his/her English is better than the English most of the players here speak.
Of course I have no clue what's going on on the server, but if it was possible, I'd vote yes.

She's a very helpful and friendly person and as I know her, she would be a great moderator.
About her English, It's not bad as you said NiaoYman.
And she's not an abuser or insulter neither.
About her moderating experience I don't really know anything, but I think she would be a great moderator.
(I feel like I said the same sentence before...)

Mikasa is a good player and as i see everyone good with him (except some guys) i also vote YES for him/her...

I have dyslexia so this is why my grammar is bad or hard to understand me but I rarely make mistakes on vocabulary anyways it's mikasas allocation not mine
