my Friend banned for nothing

hi all its me shark i have friend frome algeria my brother he is new in the game her name =magid Usgn=131087 Nick name= Sniper Killer
when we connect whit her USGN to Minicraft he say Promblem you have benn baneed Cheat/hacking  and we dont even use hack

Hard to believe, including the facts about your past.
Also, its impossible to just connect to the server and get the ban, even by auto-banning wierd thing , which sometimes protect the server.
