The rules don't say anything about what is a proper evidence and what is not. Anything can be a good evidence, even a trustworthy person's (e.g. Bonzo's) bare word.

Also please stick to the topic. This is (supposed to be) a report, so stop claiming that yuo iz right and opponent veri wrong and spawnkiller.

I can't see a violation on the screenshot.

Also notice that the only rule that has been violated here is the rule that forbids spam posts.

Screenshot really shows that he killed some 2 guys at the equipment place, but:

1) It doesn't show anything, except NiaoYman. Perhaps they both was equiped with lasers, or maybe not.

2) If someone spawnkilling (shopkilling, whatever), its not hard to make a bunch screens of it. Once screen could be useful sometimes, but this one definitely not.

3) (Sorry author, ee But its even just half of my thoughts, full list contain dozen tons of hate to your map :D) The map itself created very unprofessional. Location of the spawn, shop implemented very incorrectly. Spawn have no "no_built" entity, everybody just blocking it with walls, turrets. If you need to get equipment, you have to walk thought а narrow corridor, witch can be easily blocked by instant laser shooting (and there is a tons of freaking lasers). More than, this corridor is just very long, so if you need to pass it, you have to waste like a minute, just for take m4 and armor. And the bunch of guys with laser could make it from minute to hour, until you leave the spawn using this way. ( And If the all paths form the spawn blocked, spawn still could be blocked itself with buildings! Very nice job, author. Whoever you are.)

I little stray away from the topic. Just wanna say, there is a half of map's creator fault. Heavy-armor-laser-guys shouldn't wandering around at the spawn and the shop.
